CONSERVATION COMMISSION
The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, 25 January 2011, at 6pm at the Earle Mountain Room, Eastham Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 (Wetland Protection Act) and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:
6:15 P.M. Notice of Intent filed by Thomas and Ellen Micelli. Applicant proposes replacement of existing driveway located within the 100’ Buffer Zone to the Wetland Resource at property located at 25 Cove Road, Map 18, Parcel 042.
6:30 P.M. Notice of Intent filed by Richard and Gail McKeown. Applicant proposes the construction of a stone revetment on an eroding Coastal Bank including the temporary removal and replacement of an existing stairway at property located at 215 Thumpertown Road, Map 10, Parcel 206.
6:45 P.M. Notice of Intent filed by Robert Williamson. Applicant proposes construction of a stone revetment on a Coastal Bank and the construction and maintenance of a stairway to access the beach at property located at 25 Eastham Avenue, Map 10, Parcel 205.
